What are you shipping and processing times?
We are giving FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all items. Items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Intl' priority (5-7 days). All shipments are sent insured and tracked and you will receive a shipping notification with a valid tracking number.

Our current processing time is 4-6 days from date of purchase excluding orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and national Holidays. If we have the item in stock, we will ship it right away.


Do you accept custom orders?
We absolutely love custom orders and are happy to work with you to sketch, design and create a piece that you'll love. Our services include custom ring, custom engagement ring, necklace, earring and bracelet design. Contact us today to chat about your future custom pieces!

Can I customise the designs that are already available?
(E.g. different band width or different/larger focal gemstone)

Yes, all of the bands on our designs can be customised. If you are seeking a different gemstone please get in touch with us! We have a large inventory of gemstones available for you to choose from.

Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?
All of our orders are sent with our signature wooden box that has been tied with a ribbon and placed inside our velvet touch pouches. If you require a greeting card with your order we can arrange that for you as well, contact us to personalise your order.

What kind of gemstones do you use?
We only use earth mined gemstones in our designs—no lab made stones. We take great pride in our gemstones as we personally source these gems from the mines, cut and polish them in-house to perfection with a focus on proportions and have them set in our designs by our skilled jewelers. 

Where do your diamonds come from?
Our diamonds are certified by the Responsible Jewelry Council, a world leading standard for the responsible sourcing and ethical production of diamonds for the jewelry industry throughout the entire supply chain.

Where do your colored gemstones come from?
We have formed trusted partnerships with our suppliers and buy our gemstone roughs directly from trusted mines. While there is not yet a 'global standard' for colored gemstones we do abide by the same principles and ethical standards when sourcing colored gemstones.

We travel and meet our suppliers to ensure that these gemstones are indeed responsibly sourced, mainly sourcing from Madagascar. Our gemstones come to us as raw material that is then inspected by our Gemologist (member of the ICA) and cut in-house by our team.

We endeavor to be as transparent as possible in regards to the origins and treatments of our colored gemstones to the best of our knowledge.

What are your payment methods?
We accept payments through Pay-Pal and you can also pay with your credit or debit card. 

 

I really loved a one-of-a-kind ring that sold, can you make me another one?
Unfortunately not, as with the nature of one-of-a-kind rings there is only one available. We can however create the same design with a different gemstone (pending gemstone availability). Contact us to see what is currently available.

What are the conditions of your lifetime warranty? Do you offer repairs?
We take full responsibility for any production defects. If your piece has been damaged we can repair it for a fee.
